For travel, I agree with Garzie to keep it simple. Take only what makes sense for that time period, and don't try to take your full protocol or advance into antimicrobial territory.
When traveling, I like to have:
- melatonin in case my sleep gets thrown off
- CBD to help manage stress when I can't use my usual practices
- digestive enzymes, bitters, and probiotics because my diet sometimes changes a lot when I travel
- anything that manages a condition and would be noticeable to skip (in my case, ashwagandha, quercetin, and vitex)
- supplements and other items that help prevent me from contracting contagious illnesses while traveling (zinc lozenges, masks, xylitol nasal spray, mouthwash, Emergen-C packets, etc.)
- I also take a few "just in case" meds with me when I travel, like individually wrapped ibuprofen and Pepto
Echoing Astroman's advice to keep everything in its original packaging when flying, especially if it's in a carry-on bag. I know that takes up so much space, but it seems to ease suspicions when going through security. For a while I would get a signed note from my doctor listing my supplements so the TSA would believe me that I had what the labels indicated, but no one ever cared to check the note.
Good luck with the Bartonella vials! The vertigo from those was like nothing I'd experienced before.
And have a great trip!
