I live off meats, veggies, and a few healthy fats.
I know snacks, things out of a box, and whatever else are bad for me. I USED to eat cheese sticks and ice cream. I haven’t for like a year.
The worst I’ve been eating is burritos from taco trucks, but I haven’t for two weeks, since one triggered me to be 110s heart rate LYING DOWN for like 8 hours, body-wide inflammation. Out of nowhere, because I’d been eating them just fine for months.
My last horrific reaction to food was from a banana and black beans. Again, I became tachycardic and inflamed, with upper abdominal pain, and my appetite took days to return.
Idk what’s going on in my body, I guess there’s no evidence for pancreatitis, but something is happening. I’m having some sort of strange response to high carb foods, no matter what they are, or how “clean.” I’m not eating them, at all.
And 5.6 A1C isn’t prediabetic, but it’s darn close, and I’ve seen a couple things on reddit about
how damage begins slightly before that (5.2).
But, yes, I agree that my chronic health conditions are probably contributing to that in terms of chronic, system inflammation, high cortisol, etc.
As well as just the bugs spreading and doing their damage.
But yeah, I can barely eat anything, bud. Thanks tho. I agree with you about
most of it.
