I supplement EPA and DHA from an algae source, but also do my best to get omega 3s from diet, including chia seeds, walnuts, flax, seaweed, hemp, and beans. As much as I love peanut butter, I limit it because of its high omega 6s. Just a few ideas in case they're helpful!
This time of year, my family finds omega 3s especially helpful for skin and eye health when the air is dry, and adequate omega 3s also help with our hormone levels and my partner's seasonal affective disorder.
