The Bart/Persisters protocol.
But it was brutal. Several different abx taken.
Ceftin, Rifabutin, Dapsone, daraprim, minocycline, Tinidazole, Alinia, Clindamycin
(Not all taken at the same time - dispersed over 3 weeks with just one week off to recover)
I tried much of that and had to stop due to side effects. It is quite difficult.
Some other suggestions here
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=4315526I was successful with that in eliminating bartonella, but not borrelia. The problem is not that we don't know what kills these infections, the problem is that the herx and side effects are intolerable, and in the case of borrelia, the herx was causing me too much autoimmune disease.
