How much do you take per day? Do you take it away from anything else you are taking?

I never took it separately when I was taking it...I took it along with all my other supplements and meds.

I was taking one 600mg capsule 1-3x/day...(standardized at 4% to 25mg silymarin per capsule).

I currently take one pill twice a day. I take the one by Natural Factors and get it from IHerb. I think I'm going to increase that to 3x per day though because my liver enzymes are elevated. The directions on the bottle say you can take 3-4 x per day..
