hi, still new here and enjoying all the info i'm finding in past postings.
regarding a bunch of fresh cilantro at the start of a meal--is it important to eat it at the start? or can you mix it in with the food. and literally do you eat an entire bunch?
i'm also interested in any other detox ideas--i am housebound, have no I.R. sauna. i take baths 2 x week with pounds of epsom plus a pound of baking soda. i cannot exercise....
i'm going to look into the chlorella.

Are you in Seattle? My suggestion is to go to the Bastyr Clinic. My daughter was a student there and knows they have an excellent protocol for Lyme.
I was there once and all I remember is that it was near Green Lake. I'm sure it's in the book.
