yes i have had this happen, and nothing helped me to other then a cold rag at base of neck and dake quiet place, helped to easy it some. now i am on Gabapentin 300mg x3 daily and this seems to help also. no more bombs going off in my head, but i do still have the dull throb. witch i will glady take after haven a headache for 3 yrs with migrans added in.
