Hi,

I got a new supplement from my doctor yesterday. It is called Zen, and it is the chemical GABA which is our relaxed, calm, feel good chemical. Right on the back of the bottle it says it is designed to help with mental acuity. I really was just taking it to help with my dizziness and balance issues, since Valium does this and Valium ultimately helps with GABA also. I wanted something more natural.

Well, I want to tell you that my head is 75-80% more clear today than it was yesterday.

Please try this...you can order it online. It's manufactured by Allergy Research Group. Once you get to their website, there are other products to help with things such as brain circulation, etc.

It's inexpensive and I don't think you have anything to lose but much to gain!

Gabba is really good with focus too. I have it in my natural energy drink. I'm glad it works for you Jen.

I only suggested this supplement because unlike a lot of other 'brain support' this has, like I said, GABA in it...and it slows down all of the misfiring which can account for a wide spectrum of symptoms. In my case, it alters my cognition.

Jen, I'm glad it's helping you. I'm also on so many supplements but am going to mention this to my llmd at my next appt. and give it a try. Nothing to lose and quite a bit to gain if it works.
