 so i went to renew my health ins today. i have to do this every 6 months. i was talking to the lady who i have to go thro to see Drs and she asked for a update on my progress..LOL what progress i said.

so i told her of the walls i was running into, and then i explained to her about needing to see a LLMD. but that the closest one to me was about 700miles away. 1 in Dallas and 2 in Co.

well she told me if they will take my ins then they will pay for it maybe. the LLMD will have to agree to take it and call them to set things up for me. so do i yet again get my hopes up to have ice cold water dashes in my face again.

i am going to call the 2 in Co. tomorrow and see what happens. if this does work out then all i have to figure out of how to get there and back. fun fun fun. no one can every say this disease is boring. we may sit or lay a lot but our fingers and voices sure do get a workout.LOL

If none of the LLMD's take your insurance, you might see if any Naturopathic physicians take your insurance. This way, you could at least start some kind of lower cost homeopathic and/or herbal program and hopefully start getting somewhere with treatment. I kept my symptoms under control for a long time with alternative stuff, so it may buy you the time you need to get into a better financial situation or to raise funds for more hard-core treatment.

Hey RD, I hope everything works out. I know how you feel. I have no insurance, and most doctors are to expensive for me to pay for. Good luck and let us know how it goes. This disease is defenitly not a cheep one!!!

OK i have a list with 4 different DRs, 3 in Co and 1 in Dallas. i talked to 1 DR in Co. who said i needed IV treatment and he soesnt do that. so i called the next one talk to the receptionist. they are going to call my ins office and see what they can do. the other 2 only have office hours Monday to Wednesday. but its a start i think. and yes i am praying this works.
