Slept on it...yes, but I sleep on it most nights as that is the only position I can sleep in and not HURT when I wake the next morning.

So I woke up four hours ago and it is not any better. It may even be a little worse. No other part of my body seems to be affected.

I am probably panicky for nothing.

so sorry to hear this, and i hope it passes for you soon. i have 1 finger on my left had that has been numb for a few months now. and not 1 of the DRs i go to know why or what is behind it. my PCP gave me Bcomplex thinking it was my low B12. my nuero has run countless tests on me and no answers yet.

i so pray your arm doesnt stay this way for long. if it does maybe you need to see a nuero about it.

Does the arm stay numb, or does it "wake up" after a while? I frequently have this when my Lyme flares up. My arms in particular fall asleep because I sleep on my side. My legs also fall asleep much easier. I don't know what causes it, but it stops happening when my Lyme gets better.
