I started out 20 minutes, but I only did 2 cups of salts instead of 4, and half bottle of hyd-per. I did that for 2 weeks, and now I'm up to the normal time and "dosage". My body does not like it if I skip a day either!
The other thing that makes a difference for me is teas. There's a brand called Yogi, you can get it at health food stores or even Target. They have different ones for different things. I like Vitality, Revive, and Detox. They are filled with lots of great herbs. The box explains what they are good for, makes a big difference in my day.
