Do they really work?

Have you used them and if so which ones?

Our local TV station showed that the pads and foot baths do nothing for you. They turn colors due to a chemical reaction with your skin. I also saw something on a national show, I can't remember which one, that showed the same thing.

I know some people swear by them but I need a little more science before I spend my few extra dollars.

I heard the same thing too. I also heard that there is either mercury or lead in them and that it can get through the pores of your feet. Not good!

A detox bath or foot detox bath is the best way to go.

tried them in the past. Did nothing.

Also just saw a news show about how they do not do anything and are a big hoax.
