LLMD in my area?

Hello,

The homeopathic doctor I am using is out of state. She works that way and its fine.
Just wanted to know if there is a LLMD in my area. Who do I ask about this?

My regular doctor just made me very angry as she wrote on my disability form that I can do light work. because I was able to walk in her office and was not in a wheelchair.
This just happened to me and not sure how I would be able to get a wheelchair in 1 week but, whatever.
Now they will probably turn down my disability. I tried to explain to the office that if I cant get off the couch to get food for myself,
how can I get ready for work, drive and hour in traffic and walk up to the 3rd floor and work a full day and drive all the way back home.
It wont happen. Luckily I am using the herbs and homeopathy and am feeling better. Might even be able to work next week.
BUt my doctor is not working with me. She didnt even think it was possible to get lymes symptoms again if I was on antibiotics this past fall.
She said it had to be from a new bite. So I would like to have a LLMD near me in case I need one.

Any ideas?
