Detox Box

You can make your own detox bath and it is very inexpensive. If you look at the thread titled, "New To Lyme?....Start Here!", in the very first post, you will find everything you need for a detox bath .

I have a portable infrared sauna box I bought on ebay. I love it and use it every evening til a get a good sweat going. I think it has helped with detoxing. I much prefer this to taking detox baths.

I have a portable infared sauna and have heard mixed things about how often to use it, how hot it should be and how long you should stay in.
My Chiropractor actually said that it can be hard on your spleen if you use it too much.
Any ideas on the above?

We believe that they are great, but w/o the whole 'kit' of first combatting the virus, rebuilding the cells, getting rid of the 'toxins', and replenishing the body with the correct oxegen and nutrition levels, your just putting a band-aid on a gushing wound.
