ISO LLMD in Iowa or surrounding states...

my doctor does not know of any (imagine that) but said he would gladly refer me if I find one.

It been over three years now with no diagnosis. Fibro has been diagnosed as a "secondary" but to no avail...nothing. all tests are negative and normal.

after researching lyme and how the standard test can produce a false negative, i figured i better check into this more. everything i have been reading about lyme is like my life story for the last three years. if anything, i suppose it can at least be ruled out for sure.

i dont recall being bitten (though ive read that many dont) however in march and april i do a lot of morel mushroom hunting...my problem started at the end of april three years ago so its a great possibility!

anyway...if anyone has any referrals in the Iowa/Illinois area or surrounding states, please contact me...I would really appreciate it.

I'm in Iowa and there is only one in the state. I do not wish to go to him for a variety of reasons and found one in WI. If you're in southern Iowa, my understanding is people in that area go to MO to see an LLMD. Good luck to you!
