Unhappy with Lyme doc of 5 years

Was feeling great (for the most part) and went off my Rifampin/Zith regimen that I've been on since December just 10 days ago. Started with the familiar neck stiffness and joint pains on Saturday, similar yesterday, and today so dizzy I can't stand. Called the doc and they need to see me again or schedule a phone consult (not a free 10 minute phone call, but a $250 appointment that my insurance won't pay a penny for). I was there 10 days ago. I am really ticked (no pun intended) that they can't bother to call me for 10 minutes for "free" considering how much I am already there.
