I was exercising this morning with a Leslie Sansone Walk the Walk 3 mile video - it was my second day. I actually made it past the 1 mile walk, and then I suddenly remembered something that I read in "The Lyme Disease Solution" by Kenneth Singleton. He said check your temperature after exercise and if it is lower than normal, something is wrong.
So while I continued my workout, I took my temperature. Normally, it is 97.4 or 97.6. It was 96.2!
I took it twice to make sure. And this was after 25 minutes of walking and moving back and forth and waving my arms. I was not sweating, but I was real tired.
Has anyone had this problem? Does this mean that I should not be exercising like this?
