rash started on sideburns, forehead now on neck, behind ears

Anyone else have this rash?  Its itchy and tiny tiny little bumps, not red.  Trying to figure out if from lyme, barts or perhaps from shampoo or perfumes in shampoo/conditioner.  I've had it off and on for 5 years but is now worse than ever so it can't be a certain drug as I had it before treatment.
