A Treat For The Bugs.

Hi all and merry Christmas. I'm treating the bugs today to their own small Christmas party, red wine with my dinner and a large helping of Christmas pudding - all that sugar should make them dance around with glee. I hope the rest of you are well enough today to enjoy this special family day, whether you treat your bugs or not try to have a great day.

Thanks too for all the great information and personal stories that you all have shared over the last year, I hope in the coming year things will be better for all of us.

This is a great thread...one that encourages us to 'fess up our holiday sins!! I decided yesterday that for two days I was going to pretend there weren't bugs lurking just waiting for any opportunity to be fed, to be encouraged to thrive and multiply, pretend that I wasn't sick, sooo..... Sugar....all kinds of sugar...chocolate, not chocolate, empty carbs, just name it...but for me, forget the wine....I indulged in two huge glasses of Pepsi and a half glass of sweet tea. Tomorrow will be back to the real world....the one that speaks of antibiotics, LD and co-infections....But right now...excuse me, I must go find more chocolate....

yes i had 2 glasses of wine myself aswell and desert.. the bugs are havimg a parrrrtyyyy ;)
