starting IV treatment

I've been on oral antibiotics for awhile now. I have gotten better from where I was in the beginning of all of this, but I hit a point where I was no longer improving. My doctor is putting me on IV treatment next week and i'm not sure what to expect. :( does anybody have any advice about it? Thanksss

Have not been on IV (was refused by insurance) but sure hope you can see improvement. It is common I believe for lyme doctors to switch up antibiotics with good results as the bacteria changes from different forms and throughout the cells. Hang in there. Let us know how you do. Fingers are crossed for you.
