IMO - that's a hard one to answer! I would lean towards all that you have been going through and the heat making things worse for you at this time. Sorry for the bad news!
We know that stress is our #1 enemy -especially when trying to heal from these infections, and there are many of us (me included) that have had a very hard time with temperatures being either too hot or too cold.
In Dr. Burrascano's "Advanced Topics in Lyme Disease", at the bottom of page 5 & on to page 6, he speaks of 'collateral conditions'. This is where you will find NMH or Neurally Mediated Hypotension & he states that it is not uncommon. Symptoms can include palps, lightheadedness and shakiness especially after exertion and prolonged standing, heat intolerance, dizziness, fainting (or near fainting) and an unavoidable need to sit or lie down. He states that NMH can result from autonomic neuropathy and endocrine dysfunction.
I hope this helps some!
