Can Lyme cause your ANA positive

I have severe fatigue and knee pains and finger tingling/pains, neck pain.

I gt my blood work and everything was normal except ANA 1:640 with homogeneous and skepled patterns.
Could this be related to Lyme disease? I have been in areas where ticks exist.

I m 26 M. Please suggest me.

Welcome to the Board. I would recommend reading "New to Board, start here." It will give you an idea of the many symptoms of lyme and its coinfections.

I have lyme and a few coinfections and my ANA was speckled, which I understand is common.

How long have you had symptoms? Have you been tested for lyme?
