Wellllll, that's not exactly what I had in mind!!!

I understand!! I only did a very short stint in college - my temper got the better of me - - but my daughter has 5 years of college under her belt - Bachelors degree in Biology and has one year of her Master's finished, so I understand your time restrictions!!

That's why I said not to stress yourself out too much trying to keep up on your studies (which of course need to come first) and trying to read up on more info about these TBI's. Maybe for now you could rely on us a bit for your Lyme and TBI news?? Just keep asking your questions!!!

I had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever when I was 7 - even though no one knew what it was at the time, and it's easy to assume that I contracted Lyme soon after by following my symptoms - with Bart and Babesia and Ehrlichia soon to follow. So yep, I figure by the time I was in High school - with the numerous symptoms that are recognized as Tick-borne infections - I had most of my infections by the time I went my whole semester in college. It's easy to believe that I was dealing with Lyme rage at that point in my life - poor Professors!!

I'm sure this site will be here long after you get out of college! You can catch up then! Giggle!!! Seriously, I hope you are so far past your infections by then they are just a dim memory!

What year are you in? What is your major? That is if you don't mind me asking???

If you are ill enough to really interfere with not only attendance, but your studies, then it's time to consider it, IMHO. It's a rough decision to have to make, but maybe after a semester or two of treatment without the stress of college would do you a world of good? Something you should definitely talk over with your LLMD when you see him/her!! Hope you are able to get an appt soon!!

I'm really glad to hear that you have a good friend to help you determine how you are truly doing!! Sometimes - e-hem- we have a tendency to push ourselves a little too far!!!
