More opinions needed - Herxing or getting worse?

When I was taking Doxy and Biaxin, the herxes were minimal.  I still had neuro issues all along tho.

Then when I switched to babesia meds like Artemesin, Malarone and Azithromycin, I began getting worse babesia symptoms after I take the pills.  This usually lasts a couple hours then again in the evening after those pills, it happens again.  Things like extra sweats, very tight head, terrible dry eyes and numbness in head.  And 'Extra Extra' Tired.

At bedtime, I would get the internal tremors, sweats and heart palpitations almost every night but not all night long.

But here is my questions:   Are they herxes at night?  Or am I having heart problems?  Does anybody else get that and what do you do about it?

Also, and this is the scariest part.  The other night I began getting pounding, tight pressure inside my ears and head and it felt and sounded like they were throbbing and thumping.  Very badly.  Almost like my brain was swelling so bad.  Well this continued and my head got numb, then my eyeballs-mostly the left one.  they were so dry it was hard to blink.  the numbness got so bad.  My forehead felt so weird.   I kept checking the mirror to see if I was blinking or crooked.  Then my arm and lower leg got numb as well.

I really did freak out on that one. 

What in the world is causing all this eye problems-numb, dry etc

Is that a herx?  Or did I have a mini stroke??????  OMG I hope not.  I dont know what to think because that one happened before I took the evening pills which is unlike the other herxes.

I wonder if I am treating the neuro issues at all or am I just getting worse?  Will I continue to get worse?  What will stop me from having a stroke or something?

It really is difficult to think rationally when all that is going on.

***There is only one thing I did different that day and I can't see that it hurt anything.  I began taking coconut oil and that day I also rubbed some on my arms etc.  I had some left on my hands so I rubbed it in all over my face, forehead, neck and even took the fingers and put it inside my ears.  LOL  I did that because they have felt so tight all the time.

I googled these symptoms and it said I could have had a mini stroke.  Really????????

Or is all that in line with babesia and lyme?

This seemed scrambled but I know it will make sense to someone out there.

Yes I actually did buy the 'Lyme enzymes' - Lumbrokinase, Nattokinase and Serrapeptase.

I did not start taking them yet as it says that they break biofilms and I suppose I could herx and I was chicken. 

I did start Dandelion tea and DandyBlend coffee and noticed that is is also a mild blood thinner so maybe that will help.  I had 2 cups yesterday.

I noticed that last evening in bed was the first I had not had any tremors or heart palpitations at all.  Probably a coincidence. 

A person just never knows what all is 'lyme normal' and just how much we should tolerate.

I know head herxes take a lot out of me that's for sure.  They hurt...
