I just got the results from the Igenex complete lyme panel. The PCR, IFA, multiplex serum, IGG and Igm were all negative. But the Igm western blot was questionable.

Here are results:
18 -
23-25 IND
28 -
30 +
31 IND
34 -
39 -
41 +
45 -
58 -
66-
83-93 -

Overall it says negative. But why are there so many + and IND?

I do know that I am positive for the new protozoa discovered by Fry Labs if anyone is aware of that. That is why I asked my dr. to test me for lyme. Thanks!

As I see from your previous thread, you were seeing an LLMD. What does s/he say? Did you start your antibiotic challenge yet?

Yes, after receiving these results I sought out an LLMD. She thought the results were questionable and wanted me to do the antibiotic challenge with herbals. I still have a couple of wks before I retest.

But I'm wondering if results like these ever turn out to be negative?

Hah! We tend not to hear from people here when their results are negative, twinkl!!

We have had members here with very weak test results that responded to treatment and then tested positive later in their treatment program. Guess you'll just have to wait and see!

I am sure you would like to have some definitive answers NOW!!
