Were your lyme rashes raised and puffy or flat?

I'm trying to calm myself down about my daughter even though we are treating her as if she has lyme just to be on the safe side. Her rash is noticeably raised and I'd like to know whether you all experienced raised rashes or if yours were flat. thanks1
