Makes me want go try azith again! I did feel pretty good but i think it was messing with my ears. Or maybe it was my current tinnitus going away. Grrrr...Don't even know my own body anymore.

I understand too. For me, I don't know that I will recover all that I have lost, so my future activity level will remain comparatively limited.

But even so, and particularly since being made moderator, I feel a responsibility here, to at least make sure that no one that makes a post goes unanswered in some way.

I can only hope that each wave of new members that come on will "pay forward" as Huddie said, helping to keep anyone from falling through the cracks.

I often check our archive topics and have seen where there were times in the early years when there were no responses at all to a new topic. It didn't happen often, but we don't want it to happen at all.


This is a mentally damaging set of infections, which at any point could become a crucial turn in someone's life. I am ever watchful for any at the end of their rope on here, and am glad that many are willing to give them as much as attention as they can.

We are a special group here in that way, over any group I have seen yet. Our response time is amazing.
