I did some reading on this just now. Although it is more common to see low blood pressure (as you stated) with Lyme Disease, high blood pressure can also be a symptom from what I am reading.
With that being said, it would still be a good idea to check out any other possibilities as well. Sometimes it's just too easy to blame it all on Lyme Disease. High blood pressure poses some real risks, so please get this checked out!
