possible kidney pain?

I've been having pain in my sides/lower back area (mostly the right side) on and off for about a week. The pain isn't too bad and it comes and goes. I'm trying not to panic, but is this something to worry about?

I have been having this too. But I am on about day 6 of antibiotics for a UTI. I also went to a chiropractor for an adjustment b/c after researching the difference btwn kidney and back pain, I read that if it's back pain, it may go away/increase/decrease with a change in movement/position whereas kidney pain does not.

I concluded that mine was likely back pain (I've had some problems with this anyway), and it was relieved after the chiro adjustment.

I've read that if it's a kidney INFECTION you would likely experience a fever and naseau. However, kidney issues aren't anything to ignore.

Yes I'm thinking maybe muscle pain too. I had terrible and I mean terrible flank pain and always worried it was my kidney but my LLMD insisted it was a muscle pain and lo and behold it is gone.
