I'm posting her name b/c she mentions lyme treatment many times on her website. I'm curious to know if anyone's worked with her and their thoughts.

I was the one who checked this out and this particular LLMD is all over the web saying that she treats Lyme. We are not revealing anything new on this, so I said it was okay.

Here we go again.
I think it is important we are able to share which doctors helped us and which one's did not.

We are not protecting our selves with this in the closet ..out the closet policy.

Again, if we can all day long talk about Hansa treatment from Jernigan and praise how nice of a doctor he is we should be able to talk about the LLDM and other doctors also.

Any doctor who has treated anyone is not in hiding.
and some of them do not know what they are doing either and we need to be able to share these experiences.

again...not everyone posts on this site but a lot of people look in here for help and this policy just makes them skip on to the next post instead of having to go through covert channels to get the name of a good doctor.

this is 2012 not 1998

I didn't edit your post, I changed my mind. However, I need to caution you to please not disrespect the moderators, as per the forum rules.

As Traveler has stated many times and provided back up resources on why doctors still need protection, I won't go into this at length. As there are different rules in different states, we still must be very careful about sharing info on doctors.

The point of this forum is to be supportive to each other through our illness -- your post does not meet that criteria.

Springsjean, You area great moderator and have too much hard core experience with everything involved in this disease not to be here overlooking for newbies and long timers.

I remember YOU when I was first new to the lyme forum. You were very helpful and welcoming to me and you weren't even a moderator then.

so you are a natural.

I have always found all your posts very helpful and caring over the last 2 and a half years even before you started pitching in to moderate.

So no need for you to apologize. This is a mixed up issue now especially with most doctors not hiding out treating under the wire.

I just wanted to acknowledge you for stepping up to moderate.
