So after 50+ years of eating like a typical man, my father is having issues with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I have low blood pressure and all I know about
high cholesterol is to avoid cheese.......
Does anyone have these issues? Any tips? I can see that he's trying really hard to get healthy...but he's kind of clueless (my mom has prepared his meals for the last 30 years). I want to help in any way that I can but I'm kind of overwhelmed with my own diet...
He's also been eating frozen dinners almost every night for years (long story)...which I know are full of sodium. Does anyone know of any quick dinners, frozen or prepared or whatever...that aren't high in sodium?
