Since this is kind of new to you again, why not listen to what your body is wanting? Schedule in naps each day!! I would looovve to take naps daily, only I won't sleep at night if I do.

Some LLMD's require that you take naps to be treated by them.
Mint is known to perk people up, so maybe a cup of mint tea? Or even a good whiff of mint extract helps they say.
