OT - Darn See's Candy...Can't stay away from it

Well, I've been really good about going in my infrared sauna this week. I've been in it four times of the last five days! Only problem is, I'm still craving chocolate really bad and my husband's boss sent us two pounds of See's Candies! I've already had FIVE pieces today! For those of you who don't know what that is...it's a fabulous chocolates store!

I CAN NOT stay away from it! To top it off, we have our neighborhood Christmas Party tomorrow night. Oey Vey.....

These holidays are going to be tough!

Allergies, Candida overgrowth, hypoglycemia, B-vitamin deficiency, Chromium deficiency - all of these can cause sugar cravings that we cannot say "NO" to...

Now for the good news: There is sugar-free chocolate that tastes good :)

I just found out about ChocoPerfection Dark European Chocolate. No sugar, ultra-low glycemic index, 14 grams of fiber (from inulin - it feeds the good bacteria in the gut), Gluten-Free... Sounds too good to be true, but my serious chocolate craving is satisfied very nicely with this bar. The only drawback is the price. But IMHO, it is well worth it during the holidays.

I have no financial connection with anything mentioned in this post...I am simply a happy chocoholic who has indulged a little on some sugar-free chocolate :)

Ohhhhhh!!! Carrie!! I know just how evil See's candies are! ACK!! shocked What I want to know is how you resisted taking that 2 lb box of See's and just locking yourself in a closet until they were all gone!!! smhair Giggle!!
