Hello All, and a big thankyou for all your responses. Sorry it has taken so long to post this, but i was a way. i did see responses and they all made me feel very good. I am glad it was helpful for people to see you can get better with abx as i did.
i think alot of this now for me was the Holidays, as well as SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder. i have been using a light box in the morning, but can't say it is doing everything i want it to. Maybe i need to use it very early, i dunno.
Hippie Hiker Chick, u are so right. Tired then was like i can't move, tired now if more normal. That is the king of think to nevere lose perspective of. Thankyou for reminding me.
That brings up another point. Borderlyme, i thought too that depression and insomnia could be habits. it was so many years that i lived that way, i didn't know another way. it is mental work to remind myself i am better, and not go to bed expecting not to sleep, or be anxious. thankyou!!!!!!!!!11
