Just wanted to share with all of you what my husband bought me.
They cost about $60.00 but will last forever. It least I hope so.
We were shopping for the holidays and there was someone selling these.
It's called body comfort. They are hot and cold packs. I've only used them hot.
They are reusable and last for almost a full hour. Filled with some kind of liquid (box says all natural ingredients) and has a small disc that you snap to activate.
To return back to liquid state you boil them. You can activate them and then freeze if needed.
I got the set that includes neck and shoulder, extra wide back, hot hand, 4 pocket and 2 foot warmer packs. 
I love them.
Going to use the neck and shoulder one right now while we have the games on and I read. This one is my favorite one. 
I've use many different types of heat packs and pads but for me this is the best.
