Hi teeners,
I just wanted to address a couple of things you mentioned.
First, the temperature of your bath could aggravate your heart. That's why they don't recommend going in the hot tub if you have heart trouble. When your heart calms down, you can crank up the heat again!
Secondly, if you have tested low in magnesium before, likelihood is that you are still having trouble holding on to it. Taking magnesium internally can really help with heart flutters and the like. The amount you would absorb through your skin in the bath, is probably not enough to really help.
If it helps any, I had all sorts of heart "issues" going on throughout my treatment. They have resolved nicely now. The only problem now is that I am trying to get back to exercising and my heart is letting me know that I have to take a gradual approach to regaining my endurance!
Hope you feel better!
