I received this as an email today from the FDA and felt the need to share so that those who might be taking this drug - Tysabri (natalizumab) - are aware of..." the risk of developing the infection progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). PML is a rare but serious brain infection associated with use of Tysabri (natalizumab) for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) or Crohn's disease."
