Well, they say that a healthy person only needs to drink 2 - 4 ounces a day, and most find that they need to either double or triple their probiotic doses in order to be effective, so I would guess at starting off by drinking 6 ounces a day and if you don't feel any benefit in two weeks, try drinking 8 ounces a day.
