New Here, Have Lyme and Mold Illness, and would like help with HLA results

Hi everyone,

I am glad to have found this forum!

My doctor ordered HLA tests from labcorp, and I can't figure out what they mean. Does anyone know how to interpret them? I was told that one gene I have would make unable to fight staph aureus, but that is the only input I have received so far.

Here are my results:

DRB1*01:03
DRB1*03:MjZK
HLA DQ DQB1*02:SS
HLA DQ DQB1*05:DFT
DRB3*01:XX

There were others run, as well, but they had no colon or other numbers/ letters after the name of the gene.
