I haven't taken any of those brands, but I've gotten a lot of relief from magnesium malate, and also EPA/DHA. I've also read good things about burbur - it was on my to-do list for supplements but I have more than enough on my plate right now.
I'm a huge fan of herbs - never taken rhodolia but there's some astragalus in the immune complex you're taking - I took something similiar and it was one of those things that really helped turn me around. Sounds like an excellent start! Are you starting them all at once? I usually follow a three-day rule for myself with adding things in. Just be aware that while some people tend to think herbs aren't as strong as meds, they can be. Also with the magnesium, too much can give you loose stools, so if you experience a problem there, that's probably where it's coming from. Good luck!
