i find i smell wired, like a wet dog at time, but mostaly when i work out.

i do take a probitic, just started i have lost some friends due to this, i also smell like kittly litter and dont know what do do about it?

It's the toxins that you are sweating out that are creating those not-so-lovely aromas! I used to smell horrible too!! I could detect several different types of smells during that time! about all I could ever say since it was me was, EWwwwww!! LOL!

You really should start detoxing more. Taking the Epsom Salts baths, using the foot soaks, dry skin brushing, drinking lots of lemon water, and most importantly - being sure your bowels move a least once a day are some of the most important things you can do for your body while it's fighting these infections!!
