So I am going to start a glutten free diet.

 

I am so tired, i eat, for energy but it doesnt work, God help me... I am dragging big time.

 

THis is the worst disease.

 

I have not gone to a lyme dr, cause there is no money left,  I did not know about lymes prior, well that I could have it, and spent money

on different drs,  God, we all deserve to win the lotto to cover medical expenses, gas to the dr and store for various items to get well

 

If I run out of money, I will be homeless, but too sick to start over you know.

 

IF you are well and a healthy brain, one has the possiblity of starting from scratch, hard but doable, Here I am in my house

and barly making it to the kitchen, bedroom, and mailbox takes more work.................

 

next week, Ill sell something of mine, to buy a gluten free cookbook

and of course use the internet

 

I wish I was amillionaire to pay someone to take care of me

It is too hard to do this on my own confused

I feel you, I am in the same boat. I am also trying the glutten free diet. If I eat any red meat I seem to get worse so I just eat , chicken, turkey, and fish.

I eat lots of veggies mostly raw , but cook them for dinner. I make chicken taco on corn shells, they are glutten free and are really good. I usually a salad for lunch lots of greens and tomatoes. I am only cooking with extra virgin olive oil. I gave up pop, like 3 or 4 weeks ago, but I do allow myself one cup of coffee with trivia sweetner in it.

I also eat lots of fruits, some nuts. I found that with the glutten free bread I can eat it if I toast it, if not I have a hard time eating it. I drink tons of water, and low sugar juice, my favorite is pineapple. Also I do buy those Naked drinks when I can afford them, and If I don't juice in the morning, I drink one of those instead.

My store now carries a few products, I was spending the rent money on trying to eat healthy. Now I just try to do the best I can. I wish you all the luck with it.

Hang in there hope! I also do gluten free and have done so for years. You don't have to buy expensive gluten-free products. Here are some things I have learned over the years:

Eat fresh and frozen veggies and fruits and nuts and fish and meat. Olive oil, butter are great. Whole foods are more nutritious than processed, even gluten-free processed.


Try googling: cheap gluten free recipes. You can get lots online and do not need to buy a cookbook.

You don't have to eat bread. In fact it really doesn't do much for you nutritionally. I have not eaten bread in years and do much better. Rice is also cheap and gluten free.

Also..a crockpot is great! You can put veggies, meats, beans in it in the morning and have dinner and leftovers for several days. You can get one cheap at yardsales, usually.

Good luck and do not give up! Plenty of people have gotten well on their own. One step at a time!!

I'm sorry things are so difficult for you right now hope - you're in our thoughts and I just hope things start looking up for you soon. It's so great that you're staying strong and not giving up though - it'll be well worth the effort and all that determination, I promise!

Are you currently following a detox regimine? There are so many inexpensive ways to keep your body healthy - which will ultimately make fighting the lyme that much easier for you, and, of course, lessen your symptoms!
