Just so that it's known what I do, I take 1500 mgs of ginger (in capsules) 3 times a day to control my nausea, and will take an extra dose if needed.

I would give the turmeric 2 weeks or so to really start to have noticeable improvements. I know that I can't forget my turmeric, my body screams at me now if I don't take it for some reason (usually because I forgot! LOL!)
