Hi Wornoutwoman,
Welcome to our little spot on the web! I'm so sorry that you are still so ill!
Peggster is another member that has real issues with mold, and we have a couple of other members that have dealt with mold issues as well.
I would like to encourage you to read through our "New to Lyme? Start Here!" thread as it's packed with really valuable information, symptom lists - as Lyme rarely travels alone - informative links and more. Please do read through the second post carefully as the last half deals with detoxing and that will help you deal with not only the Lyme toxins, but the mold toxins as well.
Five years is an awfully long time to be in treatment. Most often when treatments aren't working for Lyme disease it's because of another infection or condition that exists as well- which it could be the mold for you. Besides the mold issues though, do you know if you have any co-infections? The more knowledgeable LLMD's (Lyme Literate Medical Doctors) tell us that when Lyme won't heal, then we should suspect one of the co-infections. Those same doc's also tell us that the tests for these infections aren't very good, so it's best to go over the symptom lists in that "New to Lyme?" thread that I mentioned to see if your symptoms match up with any of the other infections listed.
