Toxic hepatitis - something to worry about or rather rare?

My doctor was talking about the possibility of toxic hepatitis when undergoing treatment - has anyone got more information on this?

I don't know anything about it, but here is a link to Pub Med. A quick glance reveals that some antibiotics and other medications related to the treatment/ symptom management of Lyme disease and coinfections can cause it.
