I read an article from Dr. F in Arizona and he said that we shouldn't be taking ANY magnesium because it's what the organisms use to build cell walls. My new Dr. said the same thing. But I noticed that some people do in fact take it as a supplement (I'm assuming for muscle spasms?) Does anyone know what is the right thing? It seems like every multivitamin under the sun, as well as green drinks have magnesium in them...?
This is all so confusing! Still, even though I've been at it for 7 mos.!!
