Dr. H (NY) Lyme Protocol Packet

I wasn't able to attend ILADS 2012 in person, but I did take ridiculously detailed notes on Dr. H's protocol (NY Dr. H.). My OCD comes in handy sometimes.

I decided to transcribe and organize his presentation notes into a booklet like Dr. B's. I use it to help decide on potential treatment protocols with my doctor.

I'm not medically trained so there could be some errors in the packet. I'm not suggesting anyone uses this info to self-treat and I ask that you please don't distribute it. It's meant to be used as a personal reference for patients.

I haven't publicly posted it to protect the info (and the doctor) but I'd be happy to share it with other Lyme patients. All of the info was publicly presented at ILADS 2012, I just transcribed and organized it. I don't think posting this violates any rules here? If it does I apologize, that wasn't my intent.

If you would like the packet contact me and I'll send you the link to my PDF version. Please include your healingwell username when you contact me. I'm very protective of LLMD's and I want to ensure that it doesn't go out to random people. It's meant for Lyme patients.

For Summer 3 (I think...you are the post at the top of the page in2/ 2013: I am a new member as of today and have been trying to "contact you directly" as you directed and unfortunately my lyme symptoms make me very confused and much loss of short term memory. I really just wanted to read the PDF copy of the notes you took from the ILADS conference you mentioned. Can you advise how to reach you? I went to your blog (Lymepie?)but had trouble finding contact info there too --

Feels like I'm always lost. Your help would be appreciated.
