Good for you! Good start to thinking positive. My acupuncturist just today told me to adjust my attitude to a sense of getting well, rather than what I normally do which is sit and worry about getting well... : )

ps: Dr. J recommends (in his book) to daily practice FEELING completely WELL! every day. Even if you can only imagine...the more you can imagine and visualize and feel complete health in your body...your cells will work to create that. There is actually a lot of science behind mindful intention, visualization and meditation changing body chemistry :)

I not only use herbs for my physical healt, but also for my spiritual and emotional well being. I have little silk bags, different color to represent whatever I need help with. I mix the appropriate herbs together and carry the herb bag as my own little "mojo" bag. (for lack of a better word). And just the smell of it alone gives me a lift because I remember what ever it was I set out to remember that day. Tomorrow is Friday, good day for love. So I will probably mix chammomile, rose pedals, cardimon, lavender, maybe a couple other things - so I remember how much love there is to give and receive. I also mix a simmering potpourri with those, and cinnamin, and the smell through the house! Wow.. It is very mild, but invigorating.

Love the name change, and love the members here! I have also starting meditating again, and listening to my favorite music again (for me music is very healing), and just trying to stay positive in general. I know I have my moments, but overall I think positivity is key to healing, so I'm trying to move forward with that in mind.
