Need a LLMD in Chicago area/northwest Indiana

Hi. In the past month, I got tested for Lyme thru Igenex labs and my test came back positive for Lyme. Now I need a LLMD to get proper treatment for it. I was misdiagnosed for over 10 years with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I really want to start treatment immediately. Any suggestions, would be great. I will travel as far as I have to get the proper treatment which I believe i have late stage Lyme. Any docs in either Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin or Michigan. I'm desperate to get better!

I saw one doctor in Weaton, and I am hoping to see another one in Illinois , that I was told was a great natural doctor from fb. Email me at I will tell you their names, and explain why I wanted to see the second one.
