I am in the process of applying for disability for chronic lyme/TBD (hopefully for a finite period of time so I can get better then return to work) through a private (not Social Security) insurance company through my employer.

The insurance co wants me to have an "independent medical exam" by a physician that they've set me up with who is in Atlanta.

If someone could private message me or email me at standeffer@hotmail.com so I could ask for any available information on this M.D. (who is not on a list of LLMDs) I would greatly appreciate it. 

I feel that I've been jerked around by the insurance co. & don't trust their choice of physicians for this IME.
